Agreement

These terms govern your use of Black Bot, operated by NSOLR Ltd (company number 15950192). By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice.

Permitted use

You may scan only an email address or phone number that you own, control or are expressly authorised to use. You must not use Black Bot to target, harass, profile, impersonate or investigate another person without a lawful basis and their appropriate authority.

Provider results

Black Bot displays information returned by connected third-party providers. Coverage, accuracy and availability vary. A missing result is not proof that no exposure exists, and provider findings should be checked before action is taken.

Removal tools

Templates and tracking features are organisational aids, not legal advice and not a guarantee that a website, broker or controller will erase information. You are responsible for ensuring requests are accurate and lawful.

Accounts and security

Keep your account and device secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers or the service.

Paid access

If paid plans launch, prices, renewal terms, included usage and any fair-use limits will be shown before purchase. App-store purchases are also governed by the relevant store’s terms and cancellation rules.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Black Bot is provided as a digital safety aid and we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unavailable third-party services or decisions made without independently checking results.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumer rights that apply in your home jurisdiction are not reduced.
